London, UK, November 30 2005 - MetraTech Corp., the leading provider of Web Services-based billing, customer self-care and partner management, and INTRACOM, the Greek multinational information and communication technology integrated services provider have announced a strategic partnership. Under its terms, INTRACOM will distribute MetraTech products and support MetraTech with consulting and systems integration services. As a result MetraNet, which empowers users to invent new business models and increase the effectiveness of collaboration between IT, business groups, and subscribers will see both companies joining forces to deliver solutions with maximum support for customer demands and business processes. An immediate outcome of the newly announced partnership is a new, highly innovative customer engagement in the Middle East. The project in question will result in the deployment of a comprehensive MetraNet solution to enable customer care, rating, billing and partner settlement for "Triple Play" ; digital TV, voice, and data services delivered over an IP network backbone. More details and complete terms of this customer win and engagement will be announced at a later date.
