Premiere Conferencing Deploys MetraTech's Billing Platform to Accelerate European Growth

Waltham, MA, June 8, 2004 — MetraTech Corp., the leading provider of Web Services-based billing, customer self-care, and partner management solutions, today announced that Premiere Conferencing, a leading innovative audio and data conferencing provider and a business until of Ptek Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEK), has deployed MetraNet™ as its European billing solution to improve operational efficiency and provide its customers with a higher standard of service.

In the first few months of production Premiere Conferencing has already gained significant operational improvements including a 92% reduction in the number of rates to be managed, an 83% reduction in the time to generate invoices and a 79% reduction in labor required to manage the billing process. Premiere Conferencing has also experienced a decrease in customer calls related to billing as well as shorter call durations since customer service representatives can serve customers more efficiently without involving Information Technology resources. MetraNet's web-based interface provides customer service representatives with the information to quickly answer questions, improving productivity and customer satisfaction.
