MetraTech Corp Continues Its Global Expansion Six Additions to the Sales and Services Organizations in both North America and Europe BOSTON, MA, May 13, 2005 — MetraTech Corp, a leading provider of Web Services-based billing, customer self-care, and partner management solutions, today announced the hiring of six new sales and services employees. The new hires build on the extensive billing and industry knowledge for which the organization is widely known and supports its expanding customer base. MetraTech has hired Mr. Richard Dwyer as Regional Sales Director for the North American sales region, based in the Company's Boston Headquarters. Mr. Dwyer comes to MetraTech with more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications and cable marketplace, selling and delivering technology services and software solutions for billing, customer care and system operations. Prior to joining MetraTech, Mr. Dwyer held a variety of executive and senior management positions with Excelergy Corporation, AT&T, SCT, and NYNEX. Ms. Dolores Sullivan joins MetraTech's Business Solution Group and will be responsible for the North American region. Ms. Sullivan comes from Ericsson Inc, Swedish telecommunications giant, where she worked for 14 years and brings extensive international experience. Ms. Sullivan has worked with Wireline, Wireless and Datacom technologies and joins MetraTech from Ericsson's Global Services Division in Dallas, TX, where she held positions as Technical Solutions Manager and Business Development Manager. Prior to that assignment, she was Director of Field Marketing at Ericsson Datacom Inc, Burlington, MA. Mr. Richard Warren has joined MetraTech's European sales team and brings 15 years of successful sales experience in the Telecommunications industry. 12 of those years have been focused in the area of Billing and Customer Care. Mr. Warren has extensive experience in selling complex industry solutions with Bull Information Systems, American Management Systems, Geneva Technology and Convergys. Mr. Warren will assume responsibility for extending MetraTech's business in the Nordic Region of EMEA. Mr. Rick Henry joins MetraTech in the role of Business Solutions Manager supporting the EMEA region. Mr. Henry's career spans 20 years working as an engineer, technical consultant and as a business solutions manager. Mr. Henry's skills have been applied at leading companies like BT, the International London's Stock Exchange, Mercury Communications and Lloyds of London. In 1997, Mr. Henry moved into the CC&B Industry as a Business Solutions Product Manager with Cable Data and transitioned the company from a product based company, to a Solutions Based sales organization. Mr. Henry's additional CC&B experience is with organizations like MaxBill, Service Level Corp and Bull Information System. Mr. Renato Rocha joins MetraTech's Professional Services Group, based in the Boston Headquarters. Previously, Mr. Rocha was the Senior Manager of CSG Systems' Office of Technology, responsible for its 3rd party CRM integration strategy. Mr. Rocha brings extensive experience in the software development and IT consulting industry in areas such as Billing, CRM, Telecom, Custom ERP tools and CAD/CAM/CAE Tools. Mr. Rocha has held previous positions at Lucent Technologies, Kenan Systems and Abaqus Inc among others. Ms. Andrea Branford has joined MetraTech as Training Manager. Her previous engagements include Computer Associates and Monster as a Curriculum Developer, and CSG Systems as a Senior Technical Trainer and Curriculum Development Manager. She brings a wealth of billing and industry knowledge to the professional services organization and leads the development of a new "Advanced Training Curriculum".
