MetraTech to Deliver Tutorial at Billing & Management Systems 2008 Waltham, Mass and London, UK, March 26 2008 – MetraTech, a provider of cutting edge Web Services-based billing, customer self-care and partner management solutions, will lead a tutorial at the prestigious Billing & Information Management Systems event in Amsterdam, June 8-12, 2008.
