As can be seen in the figure above, these offerings may include “rented” MetraNet license and maintenance, billing operations (e.g., managing bill runs, data remediation, etc.) and network operations (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, backups, etc.). MetraTech will partner with you to determine the optimal approach and scope of services to meet your business needs. For example, many of MetraTech’s customers, particularly ones with aggressive timeframes, purchased a MetraNet license and utilized the Hosted MetraNet offering until the solution had time to settle and they had time to empower their IT staff to bring the solution in house. |
