Health Insurance

We offer private medical insurance through Pru Health. Offered as single, couple or family coverage and 100% paid by company. Employee will pay tax on this benefit. Coverage subject to employee completing the form and acceptance by the insurance company.

Pension Scheme

Offered through Standard Life, company match to this scheme. Effective once employee has submitted forms. Employee contribution is required.

Incentive Stock Option Plan

All employees participate in our Stock Option Plan — it's a reflection of our mutual commitment.

Paid Time Off

We offer 20 days of holiday in your first year of employment, which you'll accrue as you go. We also designate 8 bank or public holidays each year as days off.

Life Assurance

Offered through UNUM death in service benefit of up to 4 times base salary. Full coverage subject to completion of forms and acceptance by insurance company. 100% paid by the company.

Disability Insurance

Offered through UNUM benefit is up to 75% of salary (less government pay) after 26 weeks of absence subject to acceptance by the insurance company. 100% paid by the company.

Tuition Reimbursement

Up to $5,000US per year for job related courses reimbursed. We want you to keep on learning.
