The complexity required to support corporate and enterprise services and account structures are easily configured through our ability to model any financial relationship and business model.  We provide customer specific pricing-plans, contract terms and the ability to model any customer hierarchy in depth and width with multiple relationships.  Our customer care ability extends to allow a corporate own super-users to model and support their own customer account infrastructure via a web-based customer care application. 

Settlement and Partner Management

MetraPartner provides comprehensive support through dedicated web-based partner portals.  Any number of business relationships can be configured to support a single transaction being settled across multiple parties within the value chain, all with different business models, such as revenue-share, advertising, cost-plus etc.  Any business model can be configured, and any number of relationships supported across any size of value-chain. 

On-line Charging

The ability to charge in real-time for any service, irrespective of payment type is provided through a partner-based IN solution, with MetraNet providing Billing via MetraBill for all off-line charging and billing needs and customer care via MetraView, our web-based self-care application.  MetraView provides the ability to act as a pre-integrated self-care front end to the IN system for all customer queries, including balance management, and usage data. 

MVNO/MVNE

According to the Yankee Group, the growth and success of MVNOs will be subject to their ability to implement business models which compete with the established residential-usage models in use in Mobile Network Operators today.  MetraNet ability to model any business model has been proven through our customer Blyk which is a youth only MVNO where usage is paid for via advertising sent to the mobile handset.

MetraNet can be configured to support any type of MVNO/MVNE including the support for business models including advertising and usage for MVNOs or BoBo and wholesale for MVNEs.

Deployment and Interface Options for Wireless and Wireline

A) MetraNet for all Charging requirements, including voice, data and commerce, and passing rated data directly to a legacy billing environment – our ability to accept any data format, and output in any format enables us to match exactly the requirements for data flows into legacy environments.  
B) MetraNet for a new service introduction, including feeding priced events to the legacy billing environment

Adjunct Billing

A) Billing for a new service introduction where the legacy system is unable to bill, or where introduction of the new service will take too long, or is too costly
B) Billing for all services where a legacy environment, or an IN/Pre-Paid environment rates and prices events prior to billing
